Support Ticket requests submitted via the form below are billed (depending on your service level) per hour, with a 15-minute minimum.
If your Request will require more than 1 hour of work, we will send you an estimate for approval in advance of doing any work. Before creating a new Support Ticket, please check the FAQs page.
Critical / Down issues are dealt with immediately. All other support requests are dealt with in the order in which they are received.
