Submit a Support Ticket
Please complete the form below to submit a Support Request Ticket. Once you click on Submit, a copy of your request, including a tracking number, will automatically be sent to the Email Address entered on the form below.
- Support Ticket requests submitted via the form below are billed (depending on your service level) per hour, with a 15-minute minimum.
- If your Request will require more than 1 hour of work, we will send you an estimate for approval in advance of doing any work.

- Critical / Down issues are dealt with immediately. All other support requests are dealt with in the order in which they are received.
- This ticket system is only to be used by current ODD Network clients. If you are not a current client, please use our Contact form instead.
