Cloud SLA

CLOUD SLA is a Service level agreement only for customers with our CLOUD service. The CLOUD SLA also implies a 3-year maintenance contract.


Through the Cloud SLA, ODD network will take care of everything regarding the Cloud system for the company on our Cloud platform. This includes 24/7 datacenter monitoring, SIP trunk availability, Fraud detection, Bullet proof Firewall, usage of system resources (CPU, RAM and Disc) and connectivity.
